Fruit of 200 to 350 grams of type beefsteak, round, slightly flattened with the poles, beginnings of waving with the poles.
Pale yellow skin, then golden yellow when fully ripe, covered with a pink blush in a gradient that becomes more and more present towards the bottom of the fruit.
Flesh of yellow beef marbled of pink, fleshy and juicy.
