Recent variety resulting from the natural crossing of "Brandywine Sudduth strain" with an unidentified variety, developed by Ted Corbett, in Germany. (nb: this same cross also gave Big Chief.).
Light pink fruit weighing 250 to 500 grams, round beefsteak type, slightly flattened and with plump and more or less deeply ribbed shoulders.
Fleshy beef meat with small cells containing few seeds and gel.
Exceptional sweet and fruity flavor.
Plant with great development, abundant potato foliage, indeterminate growth.
Good harvests from mid-season.
