Variety native to Canada.
Fruit of 150 to 250 grams and +/- 10 cm in diameter, waxy white covered with a pink blush on the apical end at full maturity. More or less flattened shape but with a marked ribbing at the top. Strong depression at the peduncular attachment.
Flesh with a floury texture, sweet taste.
Variety with short season and/or cool summer climate.
Do not confuse with "Beauté Blanche du Canada" and "Blanche du Québec" which are different varieties.
