Heirloom variety native to Italy, precisely from the village of Borgo Cellano, in the Puglia region, where it is believed to have been cultivated for 500 years! Probably one of the oldest tomato varieties known.

Small red fruit of 50 to 90 grams of oval shape, more or less pronounced ending with a nipple on the apical end. Clusters of +/- 8 fruits.

Fleshy and dense flesh, containing little gel, good flavor.

Variety that keeps very well, ideal for drying.
