Fruit weighing 200 to 500 grams and 8 to 10 cm in diameter, beefsteak-like, slightly flattened at the poles, ribbed at the top and with rounded shoulders.

Dark red/purple color with green shoulders.

Dense, meaty beef flesh with hints of chocolate brown, violet and pink.

Very pronounced flavor, rich and flavorful, excellent in salads.

Rather frail plant, regular sparse foliage, indeterminate growth.

Regular production until autumn.
