Variety developed by Dean Slater, resulting from the crossing of "Big Cheef" and a line of "Gandolf".

Purple fruit of 150 to 250 grams of beefsteak type, flattened at the poles, more or less deeply ribbed at the top and with rounded shoulders.

Beef flesh with a smooth texture. Good rich, smoky flavor.

Compact tree-like plant not exceeding 1.20 meters and with indeterminate management.

Good mid-season production.
