Fruit from 180 to 300 grams, beefsteak type, flattened at the poles, ribbing at the top.

Green epidermis slightly covered with amber when ripe.

Firm and juicy beef with an excellent flavor enhanced by a hint of bitterness, excellent for canning and coulis.

Plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.

Good and regular harvest from mid-season until frost.
