Variety originating from the Black Forest in Germany, handed down by the family of Joe Bratka.

Large dark pink fruit with purple highlights, 250 to 500 grams, round and ribbed at the top. Large depression at the stem attachment.

Dense and juicy flesh with a sweet and fruity taste.

Vigorous plant with high yield. Good resistance to shattering.

-Medium to large sized, moderately vigorous plant. Grown on 2 stems.

-Foliage rather short, horizontal habit
-Flower: 9/10 sepals and 10 petals
-Fruit: medium to large size, beefsteak type, round and slightly flattened with rounded and ribbed shoulders.
-Colour: dark pink, chocolate brown and purple. Dark green shoulders.
-Wide and deep depression at the stem attachment.
-Harvest: good, in spurts. Much run-off due to heat.
-Juicy and dense flesh, greenish with pink mottling in the centre.
-Good flavour.
