Fruit weighs 150 to 500 grams, beefsteak-like, mostly round, more or less ribbed at the top, with rounded shoulders.
Skin more or less deep purple, green traces on the shoulders.
Dense, juicy, purple-red beef flesh with few seeds. Excellent flavor, rich and complex yet mild.
Not very vigorous plant with narrow, wiry growth, sparse potato foliage with broad leaflets, indeterminate growth.
Generous production from mid-season, +/- 70 days, lasting until frost.
Well-suited to short-season and/or cool-summer regions.
