Native to Missouri (USA), developed by Mike Redmon.
Large, reddish-pink fruit weighing from 300 grams to one kilo. Beef steak type with a variable shape, more or less heart-shaped on the broad side and pronounced ribbing on the upper half.
Dense, beefy flesh with small, sometimes empty cavities, containing few seeds and gel. Old-fashioned tomato flavour, to be reserved for making coulis or sauces.
Vigorous plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Good production in the second half of the season.
