Heritage from the USA, named after Mrs. Yoder, an elderly woman of Amish origin, who has cultivated it for over 50 years.
Big beefsteak-type fruit weighing 300 to 600 grams, flattened at the poles, ribbed at the top and with wavy or even rounded shoulders for large sizes.
Golden yellow color with sometimes green marks on the shoulders.
Thick and juicy beef, small cells containing few seeds and gel.
Excellent sweet flavor practically devoid of acidity.
Plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Good production in the second half of the season +/- 90 days.
